3. Use of the Website

5. Service, Payment & Delivery Terms

• All Services are subject to individual project proposals or estimates.

• Payments must be made via approved channels (Razorpay, CCAvenue, bank transfer, etc.).

• Late payments may incur service suspension or additional fees.

• Project delivery timelines are agreed upon in writing. Delays caused by the client (non-payment, missing inputs, or approvals) may extend the project timeline.

• Standard services include a maximum of 2 revisions unless otherwise agreed.

• Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if:

• The project has not yet started and a written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.

• The Company fails to deliver services as per the defined agreement.

No refunds will be given for completed work or ongoing service contracts after initiation.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and necessary content/assets.

• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

• Cooperate in a timely manner for project progression.

Delays due to non-responsiveness or missed deadlines from the Client may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

8. Confidentiality & Data Security
We agree to maintain confidentiality of all client information, materials, and proprietary content shared with us.
Client data is protected using reasonable security practices. However, we are not liable for breaches beyond our control (e.g., third-party hosting or payment processors).

9. Limitation of Liability
Maiya Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

All Services are provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied.

10. Third-Party Services & Links
We may link to or integrate third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, etc. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services or cancel a project without notice if:

• You breach these Terms,

• Engage in abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

Client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government orders, internet outages, or service interruptions.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. These Terms, along with any signed agreements, represent the entire agreement between the Client and Maiya Tech Solutions.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of any revisions.
